10 Week Academy Includes Player Assessment, 1 day per week of Leadership Academy (30 minute session In-person and Virtual Options). Also includes an optional 1 time 15 minute Mental Health Consultation.
*Sessions are held in small groups or 1 on 1 with Athletes
10 Week Academy Includes Player Assessment, Player Personal Development Plan, 2 Days of strength training per week, and 1 day of Leadership Academy (30 minute session In-person and Virtual Options). Also includes an optional 1 time 15 minute Mental Health Consultation.
10 Week Academy Includes: a team evaluation, coaches interview and evaluation, 1 Virtual Parent Meeting, 1 Parent/Athlete Team Mental Health Awareness Session, 2 in-person team sessions , 8 virtual team sessions.

In our Coaches Leadership Academy, we empower coaches to build winning cultures and excel in every aspect of their role.
